1:50 to reconnect not enough

  When I joined WGT 5 years ago, it was 3 minutes to re-connect in AS or match play.  Then it was changed to 1:50, which I didn't care about at the time since not a problem with Windows 7.  

  But for a lot of us with older computers and Windows 10, 110 seconds simply is not enough.  3 minutes is fine.

  I am sure I am not the only one who has lost games simply because I could not get back in 110 seconds.

  I've lost some that way, too...usually when my internet connection falters and I'm no quick enough to power up and connect my back-up hotspot.

  what in windows 10 makes it not enough vs windows 7? I hope you're not rebooting every time?

  This is never voluntary for me or others.  A power glitch or interruption from the ISP and it will often cause computer to re-start or re-boot.

  The issue is how long it takes to re-boot.  It is not an issue in single player games, only multi-player.

  WGT used to give us 3 minutes.  It was shortened to 1:50.  I have no doubt some were complaining 3 minutes was too long to wait.

  When WGT did that, and I had Windows 7, getting back in 1:50 was not a problem.  But with Windows 10, it is.  Probably because they are loading more junk and I have same computer.    

  But bottom line is same.  I can't get back in time and automatic ff.  And I don't ff even if I am down 3 with 3 to go.  I finish the game.  (I like it a lot less when I am ahead or tied.)

  I've been working to speed up my re-boot but 1:50 is never enough.  

  So I think we need old 3:00 minute standard back.
