  Ditto your comments.  I have complained SEVERAL times recently.  I was told by Customer Service that it was working as designed.  I suggested they give their incompetent programmers a raise because they will need the money when the players leave this game en mass!  Then I LOVE the form letter asking to rate their customer service.  Say what?????  All they did was tell me I wasn't worth their time to look into and fix the issue.

  After months and months of misery of only a few free videos a day, since 2 / 3 weeks I seem to be able to get more credits again by watching free videos. Sometimes up to 100 videos a day which is great. So Finally could get some extra credits and bought myself the new Rogue wood.

  i can watch videos for credits or after a coin match on my iphone but not on my kindle tablets. 

  unfortunately i play on the tablets.

  Indeed, on iPhone I can get a lot of videos now, so they increased the theshold.

  On iPad still a limited amount of vids are available.

  “No video offers are currently available. Please try again later.”

  On iPhone the above is displayed after 2 or 3 videos.This is already happening for days. So the threshold seems to be set to almost zero again.

  Luckily I have saved some credits the last few weeks otherwise I would have had to play with the free default balls now. Or should I take the ferry 🤪

  Here is the problem:

  WGT Wants you to spend money so they turned off the videos. They don't want you to play for free.

  I haven't seen ANY videos in weeks.

  36 hours and after getting 2 videos then it has been no videos  available play 9 try again nope ......SMFH
