    How do I / or can I play other courses, other than Bethpage, or Kiawa. I want to play stroke play on different courses.

    You can if you wait.

    Those are the only 2 stroke play courses available.  As Duffy has said, St. Andrews is next and, as far as I know, there is no real time frame for that release.... just 'upcoming'.

    You can play the other 4 courses as a CTTH.. a good way to see the other courses and practice your approach shots.
