Hi All!
In the past Opy and MrCaddie have been gracious enough to donate their time, effort, and credits to running an amazing event that really encapsulated the generosity of the WGT Community. This year..... What can I say..... Disappointed? Disgusted? Sad? I think at this point I am just speechless.
Christmas in July was something I was happy to be involved with, in the past, turned into something very ugly this year. But, out of the ashes of the dumpster fire that it turned into over the past week, we hope we can turn it into a positive experience for our players.
With that said, we will be running our own Real Christmas in July from Monday July 23rd to July 27th. We will be giving away Balls, Equipment, Snacks, and pats on the back. And possibly hugs from Icon.
If anyone who gave anything away in a thread not to be named and didn't get that warm and fuzzy feeling that they should of. Please send a message to WGTChampion and let him know you would like to participate. We will have you help us pick players to gift items to.
Lastly, Opy and MrCaddie if you would like to be involved in any way, please let us know. We would be happy to have you participate. I have a couple ideas on how you can so please reach out to Myself or WGTchampion.

Champ Update:
We're putting this together very last minute and will run differently than more organized years.
Each day a different moderator (except me, I'm slated for two days) will play Santa. Please keep in mind that we all wear a few different hats so we will not be available all the time during the day, so if some times goes by without any gifts, Santa is only taking a little break from all the holiday cheer. Also, we do go home at some point. (Santas need their rest)
Thank you all for your generosity and the many messages in my inbox asking to be included. We have decided we are not going to officially call on any community Santas, however, if you're feeling cheerful and want to send some gifts during the event you're absolutely welcome to.
See you Monday for some eggnog and candy canes!
