  Yesterday around 11:00 am I tried to order a new set of balls but then when I tried to forward the order it just bounces me back to order again. I told WGT and so far they haven't done anything except to tell me how to order balls and pay for them. NUTS, I have been doing this for over ten years. I use the new Max Pro ball and one WGT man sent me 3 Calloway balls. The Max has a 5 rating for speed and the Calls have a 2 and I am not going to use them. I hope today they get something done, but I don't plan on trying to play with the Calloway balls after I got myself set for the slower balls. But this may mean I miss some of our events.

  Don, I did receive for 7-15. The one I have not received WAS ON THE 19.

  husker, you'll have to contact customer service for help.  They are the only ones who can see anything beyond what has already been noticed by community members.

  Keep in mind they are real people and they do need leave the office sometime so you might need to be a little patient.  :)

  Look at your account. Look under transactions to see if you were charged for them.

  Same request is now in three sections of the forum. Should get some answers from someone

  All of a shot I no longer have any distance spots when I open any shot but the putt. I mean every single one. I've tried them all and I have tried everything I can do but can't figure it out. What has done as I have a major game with Santa Claus!!!

  Have you recently left a country club?  I believe you get a free shot and or putter pal ( or distance spots as you refer to them ) for being a member of a country club, and when you leave you will no longer have them / it.

  P.S. I applaud you for doing computer stuff at 84 years of age. ; )
