  Hey Paul, don't get discouraged from competing just because of scheduling conflicts.  They are bound to happen can't really get away from it.  Happened in the world cup, and it'll happen even more when you've got 4 players in the mix.  It'll all get sorted.

  It's too bad some sign up for events such as this but really aren't all that flexible about when they can play.  Kind of gotta be...b/c if it's really just a 3 hour window which puts others playing from 3 - 6 am well...that's not very flexible IMO.

  Just had a very nice round this morning with Trevjor and CNovak, they had some unlucky rolls, but it was a very friendly Match.

  I hear you .My original post was really just a 411 to the Coordinators until I got poked at like I wasnt doing my part. Aint that serious if you ask me lol.

  And no his time restraints are terrible which is why I felt we should move to winners bracket instead of playing a solo round which I doubt he would even do on time.

  We have tried to get our match scheduled.  It was supposed to go off at 1pm Eastern today but I waited 15 minutes and I was the ONLY ONE "red' or "green".  I sent this pm to one of our opponents, "OreBudster"...

  I gave it a little more than 12 minutes and I'm the ONLY ONE either showing a "red" or "green" status.  I'll post this in the Main Forum too.  I couldn't wait any longer.

  And here's a screen shot that shows the date/time.and player statuses...

  

  Since we are spread over 4 time zones with players in Oregon. Alabama, Georgia, and the UK, I suggest we take the "Alternative Route" and each of us play the solo round and we'll get the scores from our main profile pages.

  What a chore this tourney is going to be,  Hats off to the organizers and I pray things will get sorted out as time goes on.

  Also...as we move on this format won't we need "handicaps" of sorts if a team enters and it's apparent that they're overmatched?  In the World Cup we conceded 2 holes to the lesser player.  I think something similar is needed for this Alt-Shot tourney.

  Conceded holes = gifts.

  If a handicap enters into it, shouldn't be 2 holes since we're only playing 9 in the early rounds. 

  Kind of agree with no handicap.  People know what they're getting into before registering.  Just because one tourney has them, doesn't mean they all have to although its up to Topper.  

  It's going to be much more difficult to handicap 4 players as well.
