  Whether it is device sensitive or what... but I had similar challenges... eventually found rather than a quick "swipe" a slower push/drag seemed to "budge" the options to the point I could scroll albeit not as efficiently as a quick swipe but it did work... try a slower push or drag movement -- worked for me...

  Wait, hold the presses... did I share a tip or suggestion that helped somebody?!?  I might just enter a new blog entry to record the date : )  thanks Don, I do hope it helps others ... I was relieved to find it work after trying to connect with CSR who was going to have to reset my password, log in and try and do it themselves... just got lucky trying something "slower" or more methodical...
