ball taken out of play?

  i want to know why for the third time  my ball was taken out of play.... i had 3 dove balls all taken out of play before i even shot...  thats not right.... i should get 3 dove balls back...

  balls have durability. it's likely that yours was used up, so it was taken out of play

  Are you saying that he is saying the ball was taken out before he even took a shot? Or, how I understood it, during a game when the ball was exhausted?

  I bought a sleeve of 3 high dollar Callaway balls, lost one in the water and the other were gone without even playing them at all. Wrote to WGT, they said they would replace, still waiting, been 3 months. "REVISION" I was responding to WGT with wrong Email associated with this account, They are taking care of the situation, I was the one at fault here not them.
