Best way to contact WGT with problems

    I'm trying for few day 300 times and no luck

    I've contacted WGT customer service on a number of occasions and each time I received a prompt reply and a good resolution.

    Using your personal email program as the Contact Us page doesn't work... at least not on a desktop PC.

    WGT Customer Service email:   members@worldgolftour.com

    Make sure you include your email address (the one associated with your WGT account (found in My Profile).  Also include your avatar (player) name.  And be respectful.

    If you don't get a response within 24 - 48 hrs (not including the automated response), then you might try to make contact with WGTNico on WGT Discord.

    Good luck and hope you get a resolution to your issue.

    I agree with everything Zzyzx01 says.  I've never been able to get through on PC using the Contact Us link.  It works quite well for mobile but no luck with PC.  I'd try to raise the issue on Discord first.  They have a Bug-Reporting room dedicated just for this, and Nico monitors it pretty regularly.  He'll either chime in and take care of it himself if he can, if not he'll direct you to contact CS, at which point you use the email address (members@worldgolftour.com) that Zzyzx01 gave. 

    Don't use members@wgt.com - that's a valid email address but they have it set up for outgoing messages only so you'll never get a response.

    Have used that Customer support link many times, abd have sent numerous responses, never, and I mean never have received a response. Maybe they don't like complaints.
