Missing Credits

  I am missing credits from past 2 matchplay games i won.

  Bet 100 so winner receives 90. I only got 80. and it said i won 90 but i did not.

  And now bet 115 credits winner receives 104. i only got 93.  I am missing 21 credits. Can i still get them. is it lil hiccup in system. Someone please help/answer

  we take 10% cut during bet and after winning :)

  Theres the answer. i had no idea that they took out after the match too. That kind of weird lol

  i had 3055 and i bet 100 on match play then i had 2995 when i won i only had 3035 i am missing 50 credits.

  hi i have done the William hill for 2500 credits and not received my credits don't no y would appreciate a response thanks.

  did the same when it was for 3500 credits, have posted on another thread and sent two e-mails.     

   no credits, no replies,

  followed advice on another thread re credits and used link to trialplay in top right hand corner in offers .

  copied and pasted statement details.  

  so apologies for previous statements as credits now received.
