I managed to score a birdie on the 10th hole and subsequently lost internet connection. I got the usual cannot connect to wgt server error message and refreshed the page when my connection resumed. I was returned to the normal gameclient page (I didn't get the usual 'do you want to continue?'). As a result, I have no way to continue the tournament. I get this when I try to access the ready go via the ready go page.

That happened to me today after a game freeze (I was on the last putt). I shut down my browser, restarted the game client a couple of times, and after a couple of tries, it ended up offering to resume my game. GL!
