I have tried several times to custom my appearance by getting a pic off my pc. Dont know what im doing wrong?

It will allow me to post my picture but not be a woman when I am playing!! Please help....
It's a bug introduced in yesterday's product update. It's already been reported many times in these forums. Patience.
I been trying it for months so I don't think yesterdays bug would have anything to do with it. Maybe ?

Make sure that you save the changes before you exit the 'appearance'.
