I recieved an email from c/s, after informing them of the above problems, they stated that the latest update, is for the betterment of our systems, better graphics etc, (Which makes me think no fix is in the works) , and that there isn't any problems in the performance of the game. But, upon review, I was entitled to a refund on the coins lost, so they reimbursed my lost coins, and gave me a pass, for my troubles. At least they were somewhat accommodating. :^(
