How do the Multi-round tourneys work?

  I joined and played my first round at the week-30 multiround open at Oakmont CC:

  Now I want to play my 2nd round, but it seems that isn't possible yet.  Is the 2nd round played next week?  Or in a couple days?

  i believe it's 4 rounds per month. if u miss any of the rounds, u can''t play others. when you signup it shows a start date. this one started 18th, so 2nd round will be available after 24th until i think 8/1?
