What is the formula  used while putting on very fast greens?

On flat ground VF greens play to the club yardage.

For every inch of elevation change add or subtract one foot of power.

Keep in mind that after your calculations uphill putts need a bit more power and downhill a bit less.

And the longer the putt   the less power needed.

But if the hole is 15 ft away and if I use 10 it goes 14 (on flat ground). So I thought it was X1.5 could you give me some more info.

One of the problems is the beginner putter. The low precision on it creates a bigger circle of error. It makes exact calculations much harder.

Can you recommend a better putter with a slow meter speed.

That is the trade off.  Precision comes at the cost of meter speed.

The level 55+ Daytona would be your best choice and it would match up well with your existing irons and wedges.
