So I tried sending an email (using customer support) to trialpay about a survey I completed but didn't receive rewards for and it didn't go through (I tried many times and I filled out everything). Now, I've sent many emails in the past to the unruly people and they always emailed me back with some bs reason why I didn't, even if I sent them proof that I did. Is it possible that they can block certain accounts from using the customer support feature and is this allowed?
