I joined the Book of the Month club through the site..

    and I was not awarded the credits.

    I sent an email to members@wtg.com that was not answered.

    What is my next step?

    You  are going to have to tell Trail Pay for that but good luck I have filled out a report several times the last couple of days and it won't go through.

    under the offers ....where you did book club....look at the upper right where it says SUPPORT in blue letters.....click that and that's where your history is at you did....if that book club is not in your history box click on anyone of the other ones you have there and a form will show up....fill that out and send it to them.

    I have tried to do one again today but mine are not even going through
