  I got the following email today for the Open:

  "Congratulations!

  As a qualifier in the 2011 Virtual Open Championship, you have won the official Open golf hat. Please provide your physical mailing address to receive your hat. Note, your address will be kept private and not used for other purposes.

  (I cut a part of the link just in case one could not published it here for some reason).

  Is it normal that we have to go through "surveymonkey" to give our physical address? Is this email a real email or some spam etc.?

  (I looked at the source of the message and it looks like it really comes from WGT but I would like a confirmation, WGTIcon for example?)

  For the virtual US Open, I gave my address by replying to an email not by going through some website...

  This is what i got when i e-mailed my details to USGA:

  And for the open at R.St.George, you fill in the form for survey, is this right?
