If my info was not helpful to you, then feel free to ignore it

It wasn't useful as I am not hard up enough for hats that I would waste my time going through what 3 different people and leaving a message.    Patience is a virtue!

    Just saying,

    b0gey

You missed my point... I was not trying to be helpful to you.. go do your forum cop patrolling in the gossip threads.. they will welcome your type of comment.

look here.. I don't won't to clog the thread with arguing. If you promise not to butt in and tell me to relax, I promise not to give you my opinion on the results that a passive person will achieve when dealing with companies that have a history of incompetence in prize distribution. I don't care if it is a hat, a trip to a golf tourney, or a plastic tee. It is the principle that matters to me. As a gesture to show that I can easily coexist with passive people, just give me your address and I will send you a free tube of astroglide. I will even let you have the last word in this matter.

    Cheers,

    Speedy

Last year it took about 6 weeks to get the email and then a few more weeks to get the USGA kit and hats from both places.

The Open hat wasn't worth the price assigned to it but it was nice to get one.  US Open hat and membership were decent.

I got mine as well this afternoon, but it went into my junk folder - I was lucky I checked it as often they all get deleted it one fell swoop!

To try and help the rest of you from missing it, The email is titled

    "Congratulations From the USGA!‏"

and at the end, it says

"To ensure the delivery of USGA emails to your inbox, please take a moment to add members@usgamail.org to your email address book or safe-sender list."
