ok WGT, so once and for all, please answer the question directly.

Once you turn yellow, how many stroke ranked games to completion are required to go back to green?

I went yellow on Thursday (11/15) after trying to play this in a deer blind and being disconnected several times.  obviously that didn't work out too well.  I have since played 31 stroke ranked games to completion, I have played 8 blitz tracked games to completion

STILL YELLOW - ridiculous.  Normally I wouldn't really care but the ignorant mentality of players here lately is "yellow is bad, kick em out" which is a ridiculously stupid thought process in itself.

It depends. Since this is your multiplayer completion rating, it only counts multiplayer rounds so single player rounds would not count. Also its a completion rating so it would be how many multiplayer games you played vs how many you have completed. We usually tell players who want to improve their rating to play multiplayer blitz rounds as these are the quickest to complete.

Keep in mind this counts rounds where you are unable to complete a round due to a connection issue as well.

    but.. but... but...

can you be any more vague?

OMG I got disconnected 3 or 4 times tops on Thursday.. I DON"T EVER quit games.  since then 30+ stroked ranked rounds of which at least 75% were multiplayer, then blitz on top of that.. is that not enough?

Unfortunately I'm not able to give much more information on how the rating system works or information on a specific players rating. All I can recommend is if you are looking at improving your rating quickly, blitz multiplayer rounds would be your quickest bet.

That's what I thought, too, but the last effort for a friend ended deeper in the sh*t with one round completed and four aborted by external forces ("internet" or WGT servers) :((

    Hello

Now if you are yellow, want get back to green, I would say from my experience, play blitz (53 games to be precise, multiplayer) without getting disconnected either by you or your opponent back to back. Blitz was the way I got back from yellow to green. Don't know about no of games in strokes to get back to green signal.

If u get any one game disconnected in-between these 53 number, you have to start again. So better have a friend to support you to play it without getting disconnected.

Not really...the yellow tick tells a story.

Either someone who quits, someone with a bad connection..or God forbid..

Someone trying to play in a Flamin deer blind !!! ;))

LOL.. how incredibly stupid that you disconnect (for whatever reason) a handful of times then are required to play 53 blitz multiplayer games to get back to green.  How about using some logic instead of someone's stupid idea of punishment.

53 may be your personal experience, but it's certainly not written in stone. I can't imagine that "start again" is a valid claim at all.

AFAIK, the completion record is a FIFO memory of 100 entries, with unknown thresholds to become yellow or red. If a player is only "yellow" by one incomplete game, he must complete an arbitrary number of games to eliminate the first "incomplete" in the queue, and he will return to green. Take a bigger arbitrary number for more than one "negative".

Talking valid claim? People turning form Green to Yellow is never a valid claim too. Especially being not our fault. I turned from green to yellow because my opponent disconnected multiple times. How is that supposed to be fair n valid?

As far as stone writing is concerned iam taking a walk to Himalayas to see if there is one. I will certainly ring you ;)
