Help! Avatar has been invisible for a few days

  I have looked through the forum and cannot find anyone else with the same problem. It all started when I registered for a ready-go tournament. Apart from wasting 100 credits my Avatar disappeared and when I putt the hole is not shown. It's a real shame coz I love this game but cannot play properly until my fault is solved.

  I am on XP using Firefox 5 but have tried with IE and Chrome and I have the same problem. I cannot find a help link directly to the developers so hoping someone can help me here.

  Hi,

  it sounds like your flash may have crashed. Please try the following for each browser.

  • Clear Browser cache: Click here for instructions.
  • Clear Adobe Flash cache: Click here , and click the "Delete all sites" button in the Settings Manager.Increase Flash Cache. Click here, and set flash cache to 1mb. This should allow for quicker loading of the games.

  It's all sorted now. I had inadvertently installed the Beta Flash version last week. It must have automatically installed it.

  you may have accidentally chosen the dracula avatar from last year's halloween avatar promotion event that was going on.
