How does one get the level 99 black oban driver?

  I play on pc only and I was never offered the black oban driver does anyone know how one gets it.  I was also wondering if the free rental weekend for getting a hole in one on a ranked round course still applies I got one a while back but no free rental weekend just thought I would ask if it still happens or not.

  I don't see a black Oban driver in the Pro shop?

  I never got a free rental weekend for either of my 2 HIO so maybe it no longer applies.

  The Black Taylor Made R1 Driver with Oban Shaft was a limited edition club that Taylor Made offered for sale in early 2013. WGT kept it in the pro shop until August 2013 and removed it then to coincide with Taylor Made retiring the Black R1. It was gone before you even joined WGT. WGT dropped the level from 99 to 93 or 94 and many player played quite a bit more than usual trying to get to level 93 or 94 before the Black R! was removed from the pro shop. 

  I don't know where you got the misinformation. But as far as I know in the almost 10 years I have been here there has never been a free weekend rental for getting a hole-in-one in a ranked round. The only free rental weekends have been for some of the majors like The Masters and on some special holidays like Thanksgiving. 

  The only other free rentals are the 2 hour free rentals for leveling up.

  Well your right I started playing in 2014 but that does not take away from seeing players equipped with the Black Taylor Made R1 Driver with Oban Shaft today that have only been playing since 2016.  Also my first three hole in ones back in 2014-2015 not quite sure of the dates they happened but I did recieve 3 free rental weekends.  Thank you for your feed back my question was answered I now know I'm not getting them. :(

  What the OP fails to understand is that the players probably bought the driver before it was removed from the pro shop. They can still use it as long as they don’t sell it back to the pro shop. I still have 2 Taylor Made Z-Satin Wedges that havent been in the pro shop for several years. Not to mention all the players still using Nike clubs,
