Unfriendly people

  I recently belonged to a CC that I was asked to join.  I was booted from the club for LACK OF PARTICIPATION.  The way I found out was when I tried to play a CC challenge and it saie YOU DO NOT BELONG TO A CC.  There are some ugly people out there so be careful when signing up.  It seems if you play better than some of their own players you are no longer welcome.  This has really turned me away from the CC set of people.  Hope no one has the same experience that I did.  (and they called me unethical)

  Sorry to hear of your experiences. I've met hundreds on here and only a very small percentage have been unpleasant. Good luck in the future.

  There are no unpleasant people in the CC she refers to.  These are some of the friendliest people I've met on WGT and I've had nonmembers who've played in AS matches with us comment on how different we are from so many of the players who are derisive, foul mouthed and quit matches regularly.  I wouldn't trade my membership for the world.  Lobsters Lair rocks, not so much CJ...

  As a  nonmember I can only confirm what Chas says, very friendly people and lots of fun to play alt shot with. I've played with quite a few members and its always been a positive experience.
