Play Bali & Wolf Creek?

  So I can only play "Stroke Play" on Bethpage Black and Kiawah Island..

  Is there anyway I can unlock "Stroke Play" on the other courses?

  Stroke play is not offered for those courses at this time and it's not yet known if it will be.  The next course that will become available is St. Andrews, but that's 2 months away at minimum.
