Subway Credits

  I need assistance please!  I had a Subway Gift Card and when I went to "free credits" it isn't there so I emailed WGT and they said go to "buy credits", go down page look for gift cards etc. etc.

  There is not an option under "buy credits" on that page for "gift cards" as WGT said to do.  Does anyone know how to find that specific gift card area or if there is a Subway box under "free credits"? 

  It doesn't make sense to go to "buy credit's like WGT said and I have ask many friends here who also state on the "buy credits" section there they don't see "gift cards" either.

  Please help!

  Hi

  click buy credits --> in step 1 enter how much , in step 2, select gift cards --> click buy credits and it will load screen to enter subway info.

  Not sure what I am missing under buy credits there is no step 2 listed at all.  It shows how much want to put in, then a promo code and part of my $ information, then wants my security code and then says buy credits.

  When I did that several days ago thinking it would refresh to step 2 it DIDN'T.  It dook out $10.00 from my bank account which I didn't have and I sent an email to WGT to refund that $ back to me still no answer.

  What the heck am I missing under buy credit?.  Friends come over and checked it out and they don't see step 2 either.

  Please explain or better yet can you copy and paste and show me exactly where the step 2 gift card option is?  This is too weird.  And how long will take to refund my $10.00 from my bank accound which I thought would go to step 2 and as mentioned I emailed WGT few days ago!

   Go to the bottom of the page and click the Green Change Billing Information link

   and you will see the Subway gift card option. You will also need to call the 1 800 number on the back of the card to register your Zip Code to the card. Your Zip Code is used to 

  Varify the card !
