First check your Apple account and see it the purchase actually went through. Any credit purchase made from an Iphone goes through your Apple account not your WGT account.
Does UK have sales tax? The reason I ask this is any purchase made from your Iphone is subject to your local sales tax. Mobile shows you saving 1 cent for every $20 purchase made but the one time I purchased 2000 credits from, my Iphone thinking i was saving 1 cent it cost me $21.19. $1.19 more because of the 6% Kentucky sales tax.
