NO BALL Received on 2 Friend Referrals

  I have referred  2 friends already and have seen their Avatars created. They have joined WGT, But until now... WGT did not provide the balls as advertised ...Not even the latest player friend of mine that joined  last week ...How come???

  p.s.  also, why is the date on this complaint  March ..2019? my computer clock and date is correct ...why the wrong date its Feb 20, 2020

  If it is like the other invite friends to join WGT to get free balls they actually have to join WGT through your referral. Just referring isn't enough.

  Exactly.  Invite some that will join if you can.

  I mean, I could send WGT an email list of hundreds or thousands of people, but if they don't join, there is no chance of a benefit ($) for WGT.

  by now i have referred 2 new members highlights69 and Hotcynthia72 .....they are playing already and not a single sleeve of balls was given.... that sucks

  Two friends that have joined is a pair of balls, not a sleeve!

  If you referred them using their email, they have to save their account using their email that you used to refer them. After they do that, you will get the free ball automatically. They will also get 1 free ball.

  They had to join by clicking on the link in the invitation that WGT sent when you referred them. If they joined any other way then your referral was invalidated.
