Cant get past club rental screen after level up

  I am having this problem. 

  Last night I levelled up and am stuck on the club rental page.

  I fixed you up. You should receive a "continue" button next time you launch the app.

  Read the whole thread and see this:

  Anyone having this obvious problem can post on WGTChampion's wall and let them know.  They may not be checking all the forum posts.

  Champ is good about responding and fixing things!

  Please could you help me. I have raised this numerous times and ways and have been stuck on rent and equip when leveled up for several days.
