Maybe if Tiger played the same course everyday for a month he may well get his score nearer  57, specially if he could restart his round after a bad shot like we all can on here .

Thanks Tibbets. Like I said I like both and will stay with both.

Thank you for the comparison information.

My questions is I just signed up 3 hours ago how long do I have to wait to see if I'm accepted?

eagerly waiting for this release.....open beta coming sometime in the next few months i believe...i will be gone the second it is released. Atleast they will have a complete staff that addresses issues.

YankeeJim, in my opinion they seem to be marketing to different crowds.  Yes there is some crossover...folks like me just like a good golf sim to play.  TWO is funded by EA Sports, and they cater to the console game crowd in all of their sports games. If you look at the advertisements here at WGT, you'll see they are all upscale, high end products...not exactly what a 20 yr old console gamer would be able to afford.

So, both have the ability to maintain longevity:  TWO through being able to reach far more people (and younger people), and WGT because it caters to players who have a higher annual income to be able to afford the upgrades.

    tibbets:
The Unity player used to operate the game at TWO is far less susceptible to lag issues.  I've not had any meter issues over at TWO, while we see constantly how meter lag plagues this game.  Perhaps one day WGT will solve the mysteries of calming the meter in Flash, but at this point it's advantage TWO.

and this is the reason 90% of us will be gone :)

One big point that I overlooked that tibbets mentioned is the meter lag. I have never had any lag whatsoever on TWO.

I would give TWO the big + in that department.

I fall in both categories. I'm a 18 year old College Freshmen who owns Tiger 10 on the 360 and I'm in a higer annual income family.

I also agree with jeff. I hate the meter lag, so this is why I looking forward to this.

But I will remain with WGT Also.

That makes huge sense and explains why there seems to be a lot of older players here. Links used to be dominated by the younger set.

Thanks for the review and education. I understand my own reaction now, being your basic golf lover, not gamer.
