Disconnects or Players Leaving

  I can't begin to tell WGT the numerous times about 30 or more alternate games, that players either get mad and leave or disconnect after half way or more in the game.  This is totally unfair to players that were still there.  We should get at least some points for playing.

  One good reason for that is players would be at more levels faster and could purchase equipment at a faster pace..  Wouldn't that make sense to give players points that play on the up and up and dont get disconnected or quit???  WGT needs to look at that as we all know its all about the $$$$.....

  You already get the experience points if your partner disconnects. 

  You just have to restart the game for the points to show up.

  What I love about alternate is -----you are 3 up on the 6th hole----they quit ----you go back to the room----your partner gets tired of waiting and pulls the plug----from an easy win you go to a loss. MAHVELOUS

  Well, there are quitters, and forced quits. I have been kicked out of a game after someone has disconnected, when I try to come back and get the two options, continue or forfeit game... CONTINUE doesn't work... after several unsuccessful attempts, the only option that works is the second...FORFEIT. I have tried for minutes and restarted browser, client, and nothing happens.. sometimes...UNEXPECTED ERROR.. CLOSE THIS WINDOW... cannot come back, I have already lost many games this way. It's not my fault.. it's WGT's. I never quit, except when something unexpected occurs when I'm playing..  yet have been forced to forfeit games I have been winning by 3UP because of this.

  This has happened to me on numerous occasions as well.  Each time I have messaged WGTIcon and he keeps telling me to try to duplicate it so they can pinpoint the problem...  Obviously this is something that has become prevalent in Alt Shot and to me it is just as obvious that it is a server problem.   I am very interested to see if this thread is ignored as usual or if they actually try to do something

  They won't do anything. We have this same problem with university programs and applications, they can't find anything unless you can duplicate it. Even using the snipit tool to try and show what is going in the game at the moment may not help, I can suggest only one thing, the second something like this happens, right click and click on view page source and then copy and paste what is there and post that for them to look at. maybe there will be something in there they can work with, otherwise it is like finding a needle in a haystack. Unless of course they wish to hire the best and pay them for the time it takes to figure out what was probably an error in the beginning creation of the game.
