I wish they could make it so when a player leaves on their shot, they just drop out of the game.   Was right in the middle of a good game with 4 players when one guy who said he was working disconnected while it was his turn.  This was after he had two delay of game penalties.

If you're at work or in a place where you can't commit to playing your round, why not just have a game by yourself?  That way if you decide to quit, you don't ruin the game for everyone else!!!!

Even better, write it into the game software that when someone quits because they are over par, their score posts.

I often wonder how many people who have 67/68 shot averages have that score because they quit every time they're having a bad game and only post their good scores.

Anyway that's my rant over.  I'm still fairly new here (a month).  If there are any places or groups where players get together for groups of 3 or 4 and don't quit (especially when it's their turn) let me know.

    Thanks!

And another one.  Two shots out of bounds, quits the game before taking his next shot and freezes the game.

    Thanks ALFITO.

Mick, sign up at wgtls.co.uk All members there are players who 98% are not quitters. Actual games are played on WGT

Next choice is to find a CC (country club) here at WGT and ask to join.

Playing pick up games here is a crap shoot, as you've discovered.

I have sent a friends request Mike. I am a legend, but will play all in friendly matches. I only disconnect at WGTs behest.
