Ok, WGT, let's do some math...

I have a 84.6% driving accuracy.  I play one round and hit the fairway 100% for 18 holes.

And my driving accuracy DROPS to 84.5%

I log my GIR and Driving accuracy after every round.

So, did I miss something in math class?

    Thanks

Did you tee off with any club other than your driver?  Teeing off with anything except the driver is treated as a missed fairway, even if it is right down the pipe.  It's been like this forever and WGT is aware, but apparently it is not a priority fix.  I would tend to agree with them.

So if you tee off with something other than a driver it should not count as an attempted drive - it's not an 'at-bat'.

Similarly, if you never find the sand you will enjoy a 0% statistic for sand saves, when in fact you have no such statistic at all.

Thankfully no one gives a hoot about these statistics anyway.

Might want to speak for yourself on that one. I certainly beg to differ , and I guarantee many others would as well.  Like , maybe the OP for instance ?

Ace is right, Zag, but I'm with you simply because unless you exert yourself and track your own current results they will always be skewed by the days when we didn't have a clue.

How nice would it be to be able to sort the stats?

lol ,  yes , I remember and feel that way sometimes now...lol --->   BUT ,       (you knew that  BIG BUT  was coming didn't you ?)    Isn't  "career stats" intended to be just that...."career stats"   ?  Coming up through the ranks is part of it.  It's like looking on the back of an old baseball card... The years (including) rookie year ,  the progression , the stellar years , and then the "well timed retirement while still on top of their game" , OR  , the decline....which you can plainly see in black and white. I personally wouldn't want to restart my stats now ,  they simply would not represent  career  #'s.  But , thats just me.

Not reset, but as Jim mentioned sorted would be nice.

I never looked or noticed my stats until somewhere through TM Tier, be nice to see how things changed as we moved up.

I had the presence of mind to snapshot my stats before the first round as a Legend. Now all I need to do is set up the spread sheet and see where I'm at. I haven't done this yet because you don't need stats to see what sucks looks like.  :-D

    Yep... so that is it.

Seems that would be an easy code change for WGT.  Wonder why it is not fixed.

    Thanks for the info
