A suggestion to get multiplayer games moving a little bit.. Instead of having each person go and have the other three players sit there and watch him make his shot, it should just be all four players play the hole at the same time so that the game could be finished in a quarter the amount of time. If some people enjoy watching other players make their shots, perhaps introduce a "speed play" feature which is an option on the initial main menu where players have the choice to play one shot at a time or simultaneously against each other. I'm just thinking about Tiger Woods 10 on xbox live and how they have it set up.
