Does anyone have information they would be willing to share as pertains to a handicapping system for a club? The club I am in would like to set one up so all members have a equal chance when it comes to club tourneys. Any help is greatly appreciated.

One simple idea, choose "use set of the week" clubs when setting up a new club tournament. So all participates do have the same clubs, nobody does have an advantage in terms of better clubs.
