Hi Warren ...I still have both the Spyder & Redwood putters, and like them both. Spyder is nice b/c of the slower meter, and I think it was a wee bit better on the longer putts, IMO, even if it is less accurate. I just seemed to be able to gauge the speed better.
That said, I've been using the Redwood exclusively for a few weeks. As long as I'm not leaving monster putts, it is definitely better. 15, 30 , 45 foot distances are a little easier to work with. Also, the Redwood seems to hold the line much better on slight mishits than the Spyder even though it saps a bit of the power.
Use whatever works for you ... that's the best putter.
