I completely understand that it is necessary to have a good putter to putt well at longer distances, But a small few of us cannot handle the speeds of the better putter.
But making the beginners putter completely useless over 40 feet is to much.
On st Ann's #5,I was 114 ft past the back pine.(You know the spot.lol).
I put the aim marker 20 ft right of the hole..So when I ding it.Should be close....
Not this time.Ball shot left ,rite off the putter on a ding.And wound up 20 ft left of hole.I've played real golf for 40+ years .And the cheapest putters in the world don't do that........
