I have 2 queries and i wonder if you can advise me - If when on the green you are say 4 yds from the cup and you play and excellent shows up,but the ball viers off to the left or right - how can i correct this.

My other query is how do i log onto Forums without having to go to a posting already there.

Hope you can help me,i'm relatively new and trying to find my way around.

    Many thanks..........................Scotty4537

Scotty, I'm assuming this means there is a break in the green.  If the balls in front of you are moving side to side, the green is not level.  To "play the break" you must click and drag the blue triangle to one side or another.

As to the second question, I'm not quite sure exactly what you're asking.

    Rishirocks:

Thanks everyone for their thoughts but I have a couple more questions.

Q1. Do you have to ding or can you hit on either side of the side?

Q2. What are the scales per avatr movement like 6X2 + 3X1.

Q1) Either or Rishi, I mishit my putts coz i'm to lazy to aim and also get fed up aiming it and then missing the dinger.

Q2) on the 15 and 30ft scale one avatar movement equates to 6 ft of power. But how far the ball will travel depends on what speed green your playing on. a 20ft putt on a very fast green only needs about 18ft of power. ( 3 putter movements on the 30ft scale)

The 60 & 90ft scale equates to 12ft of power per movement, so 2 movements would be 24ft.

It's all trial and error and seeing what works best for you, if there's alot of break on the green you need to hit them a bit harder. The 1st hole at kiawah is quite good for putting practise the green is fairly level and flat.

Just because someone disagrees with you Jim. it doesn't necessarily mean they are wrong. :-)

Huh? Where did I say anybody was wrong about anything? This is a convo with several different opinions.

How long did you give the Ghost before you decided it wasn't as good as the Daytona?

Just given the Ghost another few outings.

I'm not setting anything on fire with it, but i'm no worse than with the Rossa.

Nice tip about the 25ft scale Jim :)

Ghost is the best putter, but isn't for everyone. If you want the highest performance you can get while keeping a slow meter, the Daytona is a good choice. I prefer to grow into a meter if I'm not comfortable with it initially. Worked really well for me when I upgraded to the i15's from the tour preferred TM's and when I upgraded to the Ghost from the redwood.

There is no log in as such, Scotty. You log in once to WGT and everything is accessible.
