Just wanted to ask if there is anybody else having serious trouble with this club? Its like 50% of the time (for example on congressional back9) it just flies the distance that the 160 club has.... something seems to be wrong in the code of this club in my opinion, and i'm really not a person that complains about many things at wgt. Anyone else?

    Cheers, Hans

Is there a particular hole/wind combo it does it on?

I noticed that the trajectory seems to be lower than you'd think it would be for a club that claims to be high trajectory, especially on CCC B9. You might want to experiment with not using back spin, surprisingly (often/not always) the ball will travel the given distance even in a 14 mph head wind. I tinkered around with this and it doe's work especially on ST G, but like most things on this game it was inconsistent and the ball often goes 10 yrds further than advertised ...."i know whats that about"..lol

    Hi Hans

I have found with it that if you miss ding it can be very short but other than that it is OK, but I am virtually always hitting it with full bs so never expect it to go over 170. The club that does my head in is the 145. Even with full bs it seems to go 145 (at least) and without bs its anyones guess, may start driving with it soon.

I'm just talking about dinged full shots with full backspin that normally go 173 yards with this club... just sometimes it goes 158-159 which is exactly the distance that the 160 club would go... ;)

Just hit the 175. I had 155 to pin with a 21 wind in my face dinged it with full bs and it went 153.What I expected, knew I was going to be a bit short.

Had that shot a few times over the weeks Hans.

Also had it from a tee shot at RSG if I remember right. Can't be sure but I tend to a hit a big % of my shots with full backspin so this would probably be consistent with your shots.

It's one of those shots that you know straight away that something was wayyyy wrong. First time I thought I must've selected the wrong club.

Also had a 175 T-shot, full bs into a headwind pitch at about 185ish & run off the back of the green a couple of weeks back. Sent that one in to WGT.

Not seen it for a couple of weeks, but it does just seem to occur every now and again.

Hans-I just saw it and am stunned.  CCC front  9 (7th), par3 175 with 8  @1 helping wind. Full 6i with 1/4 bs to stop the roll after landing and the shot plops down at 166 and stops dead! WTF was that all about?

I was getting similar problem now and again, like my 145 yard iron going 145 yards in 20 mph headwind, but some one pointed out, that sometimes there's a bug with the caddy, and it doesn't register the club change, so you might have thought you selected 175 iron, but in fact it was 160, or vice versa if shot is long.  Its a pain i know, and some one showed proof here....
