  Thanks for expressing the thoughts that, I am sure, many of us have.  I have only been playing a short time, but I have spent 3 or 4 times as many hours doing surveys as I have playing the game in order to get a good club set..  I now receive 40 or 50 UNWANTED e-mails a day regarding unwanted products, giveaways, and bogus surveys as a result of my efforts. I am trying to earn some more credits so I can gift some clubs to my wife. The surveys sites that actually credited me with WGT credits VERY seldom have a survey I can complete now, so I am pretty much unable to earn any more.  We are senior citizens that cannot afford to pay $4 or $5 per week each to play the game.

  I totally agree with you,....and may I add you are "preaching to the choir".....trouble is....too many members will join in a crusade questioning the developer's manner in which they do business....and "business" is the operative word!

  Over the last year or so,..I've been amassing free credits by watching videos and doing  surveys  ( whenever allowed...seeing that only on rare occasions I'm not disqualified! ).  Since I do have the time,...I've been fortunate to successfully outfit my bag with my present set of clubs along with a hefty supply of balls. 

  But trust me,...if and when the day comes that I no longer have "upgraded balls" to play with....and credits are harder to come by......rather than relent to the avarice....I'll simply discontinue playing,..as I do believe there is a LIFE other than the World Golf Tour.

  Could someone please tell me specifically how one joins WGT Nation, its cost, and the benefits of membership?

  hi if you go into get credits you can try

  1.watch videos

  2.try the more offers

  .3.take a surveys

  4.if your pal will come into the game you will have 50 xp

  5. if you play a round of 9 holes you can sent you score to a pal if you have one back and play it another 50 points flopperboy

  One does NOT join WGT Nation.........Membership is given out by WGT to players who  have amassed a certain number of ranked rounds played,..as well as time spent as a member,...in other words, if you just joined recently and have very few ranked rounds played,...don't expect to be given membership any time soon. The exact time and rounds played is not known to me,...all I can tell you is that when I was given the "flag"...I was here for more than 2 1/2 years with approx. 1000 ranked rounds played!.

  Westiievt, 

  There is only one way to be in the WGT NATION, be invited. It take 1 of three ways to be invited. 

  1- Be invited by WGT, "this is rare but does happen"

  2- Reach Level 90 and they will invite you via email

  3- Reach Legend Tier

  There is no cost to join but this is the entire method of being invited to be in the WGT Nation.

  I was get ready to watch a video on the carousel I clicked on the Video and heres what I got >> You have been banned from volume 11 << I have been on here since 2008 never a problem. Sooooo Why am I being banned? It's been on there for the last 2 days. Any clues on whats going on? Pls let me know

  My McAfee is not happy about some of the content - it keeps giving me warning interuptions

  McAfee is s joke. It blocks harmless sites and allows other malicious content through .I dumped it years ago. It caused more problems than it fixed.  My advice dump it and get something like AVG.
