Those avatars available in the Pro Shop may be bought but can't be used on mobile. Complementarily, there ain't no gear on PC.
New avatar models, except the yearly VUSO gifts, have been missing for years, and the countries with the biggest membership contingent have received their faves.
The Custom WGT Avatar is still available (for some) in the Elite section but I have yet to spot one.
I don't expect anything new.
