    To rub salt into the wounds , I have had a reply from customer services detailing how to equip my new balls !! As if after playing for over four years I don’t know ! Get a grip !!

    May I propose that WGT give us some free balls when the problem is resolved , given that some of us have bought balls that we cannot yet play with and all the other hassles that have caused major breakdowns ! 

    Better yet, how about they give us free balls ( that we use )  until they get the glitches fixed.

    4. Oakmont was added but on my "PC" play it is only available in country club as a tourney...NOT ON STROKE OR SKINS play menu.... Shows no Oakmont at all...
    5. I play a lot of skins ...Just played a round with 3 buddies AT OAKMONT?? we are all PC players obviously!     My 2 friends from Australia BOTH show Oakmont available in  skins ans stroke play?????
    6. I also am hearing issues about trying to equip new balls that were purchased??...I am afraid to try and buy ANYTHING!!

    THIS MAY BE THE WORST I HAVE SEEN THIS GAME "GLITCHED" AND SCREWED UP?? I AM SURE THERE IS MORE ISSUES I HAVE NOT COME ACROSS YET.....        ALL STARTED RIGHT AFTER "DOWNTIME"..........LIKE I SAID....2 AUSSIE FRIENDS I PLAYED WITH SHOW OAKMONT....ONE OF THEM SET UP A SKINS THERE????  DON'T KNOW IF THAT IS RELEVANT ...... THIS IS 3 BROWSERS I TRIED ALSO HOPE THIS INFO HELPS....  BELOW IS JUST 1 ISSUE

    Yep, still same issues here. Played with an australian cc-mate who set up an altgame on Oakmont, i don`t have it in my gameclient .Some british cc-mates of mine don`t have Oakmont and the menus still haywire.

    I`ve tried three different browsers to no avail.

    I purchased the new Calloway Epic 3 wood this morning.  The actual  club graphic does not show up, yet the name of the club shows up in my inventory.  It will not allow me to remove it or replace with another club.  When I go in to a game the other player cannot see me and I cannot see the club they are swinging.  Once the other player hits the ball, the whole game freezes up when it is my turn to play.  I have cleaned my caches on both my mobile and computer, to no avail.  The club is acting like a poison pill that is keeping me from playing.  Please help….Please!

    I went through all these replies and I am not having the same issues from Chrome. I can use all the submenus, I can see the yellow balls on the tee, and I can access Oakmont in the game client from Chrome. 

    For those of you having trouble, what browsers are you using and have you tried using a different one to see if it's browser specific?

    Champ its not browser related. Usually use Firefox, but have tried Chrome and Edge. Exactly the same problems - all since last night's update.

    See my post in bug logs for a full list of problems.

    Oakmont especially does not feature anywhere in my game client currently. Hope this helps and good luck fixing it all soon.

    Correct. I'm learning more as I read through responses and gather additional information. 

    Possibly it's server specific or something else entirely. Continuing research.

    Thank you everyone for your responses so far. Unfortunately I don't have a timeline for fixes but we're working as fast as we can.

    @lonnie,  Shakespeare said it best, to answer your question, concerning how much can they screw up,   " let me count the ways "  13 pages and counting, and it's only been 8 hours since the update.
