jordan, what kind of a reply do you really expect to get here, if they don't know what the hell is wrong with the meter and the putting lately, how do you expect them to know when new clubs are coming? You can bet that someone in a nice corner office is negotiating with a club manufacturer as we speak for a hefty ching ching to advertise their equipment on this site. I would wait at least until Xmas.

What could possibly come out that you could buy? Anything better than the Burners would be out of your level range and anything less than Burners would be silly. You're not thinking very smart, Jordan.

Heh-You might think those i15s are decent irons but I guarantee you the Burners, the higher level CGs and the Callaway ball will give you more game than you can handle.

If you are thinking about this problem, let me say that I heard a rumor that they are coming out with a driver that has a meter on the club. If the hole is 441, you set the meter at 441 and you have a hole in one. This will enable us to shoot an 18, and make us all legends. Of course this club will be very expensive, but think of it this way, we can all say that are skill level has reached the peak

Ya, but then BIB would just go and shoot a 7.5... because the feltmann scale dictates that under certain circumstances, a hole in one can also be birdied. Thought everyone knew that.

Yankee, on your advice, I picked up the Burners last night when I hit 79. Very significant upgrade over my G10s, and the meter is no issue even with the GI-SD balls (I actually seem to be dinging it more often than my G10s for some reason I can't put my finger on). I haven't worked out the distances yet in different conditions and with FS/BS, but when the shot roughly lined up with the "advertised" distance of the club, I was throwing darts, even with my long irons. I'm so happy with the purchase that I've already sold my G10s.

Good move, Josh. The reason you're dinging them is because that meter has a consistent, smooth swing-it doesn't accelerate. Just be careful with the misses, the cost of the accuracy is what happens when you miss that ding. GL   :-)
