Showdown Prize Issue *UPDATED*

  Hi everyone. 

  While most prizes went out this morning without any issue, some players are reporting that they did not receive their prizes to their inbox. 

  We are investigating and hope to have the issue resolved for you soon. 

  When the issue has been resolved players will be able to claim their prize from their inbox. 

  Thank you for your patience.

  Thx Champ. Fun event and hope its here to stay. 

  I still haven’t received as well but pretty sure when its fixed i will. Not sure if it was entire groups.

  Didn't receive my prizes yet, although a message to collect them from my inbox was displayed.

  Same here.  I'm hoping they are going through the results to correct my proper finishing position to 3rd, rather than 13th, due to the forfeit scoring glitch.

  I don't think they show up until you go to the inbox and then click on "claim" at that point you can receive and open the boxes for sponsor apparel. 

  I didn't get the prizes initially but after the message by Champion above, I then received them and was able to claim them.
