R-11 Irons

  WGT,

  Could not be happier with the R-11 driver and 3 wood. The question is, obviously, are the R-11 irons in production yet, just bought them online today from Golf Galaxy (for real) and I can't wait to use them, being from Chicago I only have a couple months left in the season.

  Well the post made a couple days ago in the upcoming releases thread said more equipment for the high levels. I sure hope they come out with something that matches the flight of the Burner 2.0s but with the meter speed of the R11 woods. The meter speed is the only reason the 2.0s aren't in my virtual bag.

  Hi Darsum.Looking at current players scores who use the TMs i cant ever see WGT releasing an iron on par with that or even I15  with a slower meter,Can you imagine scores if they did bring out an iron on par with TMs with a slower meter,

  I agree but I still have to wait and see. A guy can hope!

  I just want an iron comparable to the 2.0s with the the G10 meter speed. I could care less about the distance. Distance can be the same as the G10s but with more full balls of spin. : )

  The Ping g20 & i20 range of clubs have gotta be next in my guess. Most players are using the taylor made's so Ping have gotta have something to rival them.

  True, but I'm not looking to get rid of the Taylors, just bought the second tier Ghost/Spider Putter its amazing at level 66, can't wait to get to level 92!
