I'm having to write this on behalf of my brother as his account has been disabled by WGT without warning.
At first he thought it was a glitch but 3 days later he is still locked out.
He hasn't played any games against people in the community ever so it can't be anything connected to behaviour. He has only been building up his account by playing Strokeplay tourneys.
He has contacted support via the website, via the email address, via Twitter and via Facebook and has had no reply or explanation from anyone at WGT.
It was disabled less than 24 hours after he spent his first credit purchase (4,230 Credits) on new clubs.
Are there any Mods on here that might be able to advise him?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
