  we have 2 country club courses set up by members . unfortunately one has died and one has joined another club . 

  how can you delete these courses .

  I don't believe you can. Maybe ask WGT customer service.

  Unfortunately, "we" can't. You can't, either, so look to the bottom of this page until you find "Contact".

  Go to Create Custom Course, you'll see the list of custom courses your CC has AND a trash can for each one along with icons for using it and copying it.

  Note that managing custom courses is a permission you need from the CC owner.

  Club owners can delete custom courses.

  A club owner who doesn't check in every day is a separate problem.  Black Diamond GC is open to new members.
