I use my notes and a calculator, does that classify me as a staller?
Nope it shouldn’t. It should be 3 minutes, and get rid of the complaining players, who think they’re hot shots, just because they can hit the ball a second faster.
Three minutes seems a bit excessive.

It’s doesn’t have anything to do with anyone being a “hotshot” or being able to play fast.
Shot time will never be perfect for everyone , but I for one wouldn’t want to see it extended , it’s long enough as is , especially as there is a warning if the time is exceeded once , if exceeded twice then you are disqualified
