Just played a match play challenge against 'digabooty'. I was 4 holes up with 5 to play. So he starts to stall by not reconnecting to game.

He is a disgrace, and not the only player i have run into like this. He and all players like him need to have their accounts de-activated immediately!

I had stopped playing on this site for a long time, but could not remember why? Then I remembered that it was because someone had done this to me in the past as well!

Again, do not play this guy! I submitted my complaint to WGT but who knows where that will go.....

Everyone, save your money and stop playing on this site until WGT does something about these clowns!

Calling players out is against forum rules, expect to be hauled over hot coals.

At the very least you might be banned from the forums for awhile for violating forum rules. They are very strict about calling out players by name in the forums.

If somebody quits/gets disconnected/ whatever when you're winning it's really not such a big deal..... irritating, absolutely, but not worth blowing a gasket over.

You were playing match play ... if it was for credits, you still won the pot. If it was just a regular match, you should still get that evidently all-important "W".

Just make a note of the guy's name and don't play him any more.

Playing STRANGERS for credits is, in itself, a risky business. For your own benefit you need to keep track of players who go on your naughty list.

And try to remember that disconnections do happen for various reasons. I try to get back but there have been times when I had to reset my internet connection going all the way back to powering off the modem and restarting from there. I'm not saying this the case in your situation. But golf is supposed to be a social game among friendly people who self report rule violations. For the most part this is true.

Putting emphasis on winning and losing credits might be clouding or raining on the entertainment factor for you. Now go out and enjoy the game, for that is what it is: a game.

Wise words...sometimes it can be accidental when players disconnect, for many reasons, suks when it's just the sore looser. Ive have had the pleasure of getting my butt kicked for creds by Tour Pros but i still want to finish my round,, gots to if im gona learn the "New Version"  Keep Safe during the New Year all may you be blessed with nothing but birdies and eagles:)

if a player plays slow against me i return the favour .

i think it is funny playing them at their own game .

I never disconnect totally but sometimes their anger boils over and heyho .

So on Saturday I was in a three hole challenge, I was up by 3 and we were putting on the third hole. My internet dropped out which caused me to forfeit, So maybe he dropped out or maybe he quit, probably never know for sure.
