It's a known issue and bug. Been going on this way ever since WGT launched these mobile tourney series starting with Fall Showdown. Posted it of course in the forum, requested refund but never got any response from the company. Seems like they chose to ignore since they don't know what to do and/or can't find a solution for. Nevertheless continue hosting such tournaments over and over LMFAO Wow!
The best is not to get involved in. Think about it. Why would you pay 1,000 Cr and participate a tourney in which there's a great chance you'd end up with such a crap, especially when the company, the host does nothing about it?!
It's a shame, a real shame... What can I say?
