I recently logged out of my mobile account and tried to log back in. My password did not work and I requested a new one. It said it was sent to my correct email but it never showed up in any of folder (inbox or spam accounts) I sent a message to the members@worldgolftour.com but have not received anything from them. Does it usually take a long time before they respond?

Try doing it on PC. That happened to me one time and I logged into PC

And then go to the browser settings and look at your saved passwords. Assuming, of course, you automatically get logged in when you go to WGT. :-)
